Customer Service

Most of our staff comes from Latin American countries,

this facilitates communication in Spanish, enabling us to work optimally with clients by overseeing and coordinating multiple operational details.

PROJECT MANAGER

They oversee all processes, from the forming of the relationship with the customer to the successful delivery of the finished product, so that the customer can stay focused on the commercial activities of their market.

Coordinates, supervises, and tracks shipments to ensure that they are received on time and in the appropriate conditions.

LOGISTICS

REGULATORY AFFAIRS

Maintains effective communication with the registration personnel assigned by each customer, providing technical documentation and/or translations in Spanish, along with the necessary samples to be delivered to the respective authorities.

Visualizes, conceptualizes, and verifies everything related to design and packaging, guaranteeing the required and desired visual acceptance of the product, hand in hand with the art department of each customer.
