• Treatment of duodenal and gastric ulcers. • Treatment of reflux esophagitis. • Prophylaxis of reflux esophagitis. • Eradication of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) in combination with appropriate antibiotics for the treatment of H. pylori-associated ulcers. • Treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers associated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in patients requiring continuous NSAID therapy. • Prophylaxis of gastric and duodenal ulcers associated with NSAIDs in high-risk patients requiring continuous treatment. • Symptomatic gastroesophageal reflux disease. • Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
